How often should filters be replaced and service inspections done?: Adhesive filters should be replaced depending on the contamination that occurs. Usually once a year with good-quality adhesive. For more demanding applications and specific technical adhesives, two or even three times a year.
What pressure does the adhesive have in a ProBlue pump?: The piston pump in a ProBlue or ProBlue Flex unit usually has a 14:1 ratio — check this precisely in the documentation. Supplying one bar of air at the tank regulator gives 14 bar of static adhesive pressure at the pump outlet.
Can adhesive modules be reconditioned?: Yes, most adhesive modules can be reconditioned — if you have any questions, please contact us.
Do you service Preo equipment?: Yes. Please provide the exact data from the rating plates of the Preo melter and Preo guns.
Do you service Nordson equipment?: Yes, we do. The main Nordson units are ProBlue, Vista, Versa, Liberty, Mesa, BM20, BM200. To get a quote, send the unit name, the number of heated hoses and the type of guns.

Do you service adhesive equipment on site at the customer?: Yes, by prior appointment.
Is it possible to send equipment for repair to Visto’s premises?: Yes, by prior arrangement.
Can piston pumps be reconditioned and repaired?: Yes, piston pumps from manufacturers such as Nordson or Robatech can and should be repaired. The scope of reconditioning or repair is determined individually based on the pump type. If you need more information, write or call.
Gear pumps — what can be repaired in them?: Piston pumps have replaceable seals and a sealing O-ring. If a pump loses its performance, it unfortunately has to be replaced as a whole. If you would like a quote for reconditioning a pump, provide the rating plate and manufacturer — we will prepare a quote.
Do you provide training for operators and maintenance staff?: Yes, we provide training for operators and maintenance staff.
Do you help with changing adhesives and setting up applications?: We change the adhesive to a new type and set up the application after the change.
