Types of service services:
Full service inspection
According to the planned service visit, the Nordson service technician, robatech service technician, preo service technician performs the work including replacing filters and basic O-rings, if necessary and justified, with the customer’s consent, they will replace other inoperative/defective parts of the system
Minimal service inspection
The work is performed by: Nordson service technician, Preo service technician, Robatech service technician – spare parts, filters, O-rings, modules, etc. are provided by the customer.
Emergency support
Long-term cooperation – agreed spare parts for Nordson, Robatech, Preo, HHS. Visto Serwis stores in its own warehouse, which does not cause depreciation of the customer’s warehouse and the associated fees. Service intervention up to 12 hours.
